Total Convection System

Total Convection provides exceptional versatility for baking, roasting, air frying, steaming, slow cooking, sous vide preparation, bread proofing, dehydrating and more. Precisely controlled heat and airflow help deliver dependable results throughout the oven.

No Preheat

Save time by placing food directly into a cold oven without waiting for it to preheat. No Preheat is best suited for single-rack cooking of frozen or prepared foods that require more than 10 minutes of cooking time.

Built-In Air Fry

Prepare crispy and delicious family favourites with less oil. Built-In Air Fry lets you make healthier meals directly inside the oven without requiring a separate countertop appliance.

The optional ReadyCook™ Air Fry Tray can help improve airflow and crisping performance, but it is not required to use the Air Fry cooking mode.

Slow Cook

Slow Cook operates at temperatures as low as 100°F, allowing food to cook gradually while helping retain moisture and flavour.

Steam Bake
