We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute social media content across both our client accounts and our in-house brands.

Job Summary

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, coordinating, scheduling, and managing social media content for our existing clients and the CastleUp Experience Centre. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and brand consistency, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and posting schedules simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars and posting schedules
Ensure brand voice and visual consistency for multiple client accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to source and refine content
Monitor engagement and performance, providing basic insights and improvements
Support campaigns, promotions, and product launches


Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing social media for businesses or agencies
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent writing and captioning skills
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Basic design or content editing skills (Canva or Adobe) are required
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts

Job Summary

CastleUp Experience Centre is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our retail furniture operations. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in sales support, delivery coordination, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate communicates confidently via email, phone, and chat while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist with product information, pricing, orders, and promotions
Support sales inquiries and guide customers through purchases
Coordinate and communicate order status, and delivery and pickup schedules
Handle service-related inquiries, including order issues, and warranty questions
Liaise with warehouse, delivery teams, and sales staff to resolve customer concerns
Maintain accurate customer records and order notes in internal systems
Process basic administrative tasks related to orders, returns, and exchanges
Uphold CastleUp’s brand standards and commitment to excellent customer service

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail (furniture or home goods is an asset)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling multiple communication channels
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations
Basic computer skills and comfort using POS, CRM, or order management systems
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Job Summary

The Store Operations Associate is a key support role responsible for maintaining the showroom and storeroom, assisting with furniture handling, completing deliveries and pickups, and performing general maintenance and odd jobs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

Store Operations & Maintenance
Move, assemble, and set up furniture on the showroom floor
Keep the showroom, storeroom, and staff areas clean and organized
Clean and maintain washrooms to company standards
Monitor and restock store supplies (cleaning materials, packaging, tools, etc.)
Perform basic repairs, fixes, and general odd jobs around the facility

Warehouse & Inventory Support

Maintain a safe and organized storeroom floor
Load and unload furniture and packages from trucks
Assist with receiving shipments and checking items for damage or discrepancies

Delivery & Pickup Duties

Safely operate the company delivery box truck
Deliver furniture to customers in a professional and courteous manner
Pick up furniture and merchandise from suppliers and warehouses
Load and unload furniture carefully to prevent damage
Follow all safety procedures and complete required delivery documentation

Qualifications

Valid ‘G’ driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (up to 60 lbs)
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical work
Comfortable performing a wide range of tasks as needed
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic IT knowledge (e.g., using email, basic computer or POS systems) is an asset but not required
Weekend availability is an asset
