If you find the same product advertised for less by an eligible Canadian retailer, CastleUp Experience Centre will match or beat the advertised price, subject to this policy.
The competitor’s advertised price is compared using the total delivered price, including the item price plus any equivalent shipping, delivery, handling, or other required charges to deliver the product to your address.
If, within 30 days of delivery or pickup, you find the same brand and model currently advertised by CastleUp Experience Centre or an eligible Canadian competitor at a lower price with identical or comparable terms and conditions, you may request a refund of the eligible price difference.
Approved refunds are normally issued using the original payment method, subject to payment provider requirements.

Most Price Match requests are reviewed within 1 business day.
Products sold through third-party marketplaces may not qualify. An item listed on a major retailer’s website but sold and fulfilled by an independent third-party seller may be excluded.
To qualify, the product should normally be sold directly by an authorized Canadian retailer and supported by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
CastleUp compares the total cost required to receive the product, not only the advertised item price.
If an eligible lower advertised price is found within 30 days of delivery or pickup, you may request a Price Match adjustment.
The offer must still be active when CastleUp reviews the request.
Approved refunds are normally processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where possible. Refunds are generally limited to the verified difference between the eligible price paid and the lower comparable advertised price.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank, credit card company, financing provider, or payment processor.
Price Match requests involving financed purchases may be subject to the rules and limitations of the applicable financing provider. Approved adjustments may be processed according to that provider’s policies and may not appear immediately on the financing account.

CastleUp may contact the competing retailer, confirm inventory, review fees, inspect the retailer’s website, and verify terms before approving a Price Match.
The competing item must be currently in stock and available for purchase at the advertised price.
Products listed as out of stock, backordered, sold out, coming soon, pre-order only, unavailable for delivery, or no longer available may not qualify unless otherwise approved.
CastleUp is not required to match pricing that appears to result from:

All Price Match requests are subject to review and approval by CastleUp Experience Centre.
CastleUp reserves the right to verify competitor pricing, retailer authorization, product availability, shipping and delivery charges, model/finish/colour/configuration, comparable terms and conditions, and eligible quantities.
CastleUp may reject unverifiable or inaccurate claims or offers that do not meet this policy.
This Price Match Guarantee may be updated or modified from time to time. The policy in effect when the request is submitted will apply.
