The Total Convection system offers more than 15 cooking modes, including Air Fry, No Preheat, Slow Cook, Air Sous Vide, Steam Bake, Steam Roast, Bread Proof and Dehydrate. The five-burner gas cooktop includes an 18,000-BTU PowerPlus® burner, a 10,000-BTU centre oval burner and a 5,000-BTU simmer burner.
