Additional Delivery & Service Information

For health and safety reasons, our delivery team reserves the right to refuse pickup of any product that is not in a clean and sanitary condition.

If a pickup must be rescheduled after the product has been properly cleaned, an additional delivery service fee will apply.

Please note:

• Removal of old furniture and mattresses is not included with our white-glove delivery service.
• Customers are responsible for arranging disposal or removal of existing items unless otherwise specified.
