I purchased the Burkhaus EXT Dining Room Set with Arm Chairs in Dark Brown from Castle Up, and I am absolutely IN LOVE with my dining room set!
What makes this experience even crazier is that I purchased the entire set without ever seeing it in person first. Anyone who knows me knows that is something I would NEVER normally do — and honestly, I wouldn't recommend blindly purchasing furniture either! But in this situation, I felt comfortable taking that chance because of one phenomenal individual: Sammie (and I apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly!).
From our very first conversation until the day my furniture was delivered, Sammie was absolutely amazing. The phone calls, messages, follow-ups and communication in between were above and beyond anything I expected. She never made me feel like I was simply another customer or another sale. She genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my purchase and happy with my decision.
I am not someone who trusts people blindly, especially when making a purchase like this, but the level of customer service I received completely put me at ease. And when my dining set finally arrived, I couldn't have been happier. It is beautiful!
I can personally say that Castle Up did not take advantage of the trust I placed in them. Quite the opposite — they treated me like family. The level of customer service I received was truly outstanding, and after this experience, Castle Up is a place I would feel completely comfortable trusting and recommending to others.
