White Glove Service with installation is available for a flat rate of $199 on most larger items, including sofas, lounge chairs, sideboards, dining tables, beds, and other products that require assembly.
White-glove service includes scheduled in-home delivery to your room of choice, careful unboxing, professional assembly (when required), and complete removal and disposal of all packaging materials. Please note that installation of lighting fixtures or artwork is not included.
Once your order arrives in your area and is ready for delivery, the delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date at your convenience.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure all access points, hallways, staircases, and the intended placement area are clear of any obstructions prior to delivery. For condominiums or apartment buildings requiring elevator access, kindly ensure the elevator is reserved and available at the scheduled time.
